What to do When You’re Feeling Unmotivated

And why I was feeling unmotivated

So, lately I have been finding it hard to create content for my blog because my audience isn’t responding to me how I thought that they would. I have so many ideas and so many things I would like to share with the world but I rely heavily on cooperation and responsiveness and when I am not getting that, I ask myself who am I reaching and are they listening? Are they interested in what I have to say?

I often have a hard time because I have this idea of what I should be achieving and giving myself deadlines of when I should be achieving this or that. Literally today, I looked on my business account on Pinterest.com and it said I had 1k monthly visitors and that lit my fire!

That may seem like a small amount of monthly views but when you keep working and promoting and believing that you WILL achieve your goals, it is that much easier to stay motivated.

Going forward, there are three things that I will continue to do to keep myself lifted and push forward to be able to be my best self for you guys. And for you guys to ALSO stay motivated in any and every goal you set for yourself.

  • Stop being so hard on yourself
  • Give yourself breaks and allow yourself time to regroup
  • Reward yourself for your weekly achievements
  • Remind yourself of WHY you started

Quitting because you don’t want to be uncomfortable will prevent you from growing.
